Business Review

For first-time clients, we do a complete business review to find cost reduction opportunities. Our compensation is based on the amount of qualified cost savings we uncover – typically that’s about 25%. If we don’t find ways to reduce costs, our clients don’t pay.

How We Work

We begin with a thorough analysis of current waste services. We look at the vendor contracts, invoices, service levels, waste stream composition and levels of optimization to find efficiencies.

Action Plan

In a detailed report, we show you a step-by-step way to achieve our estimated cost reductions. With the approval of our client, we implement the strategy and start generating savings immediately. We manage vendor contracts, invoices and service levels while providing extensive diversion reports and full transparency to our clients.

We work on behalf of our clients to manage their waste and sustainability needs.

If don’t uncover cost reductions, we don’t get paid.
